Dr.Savitha is a medical doctor with MBBS & MD in Microbiology with about 22 years of rich experience in the healthcare industry. She leads Medicuality with agility and resilience, guiding hospitals to accreditation success. Am happy to review Team Medicuality. I want to begin my review with a sincere thanks to Dr Savitha, Bhaskar, Abdul Waheed, Sandhya and other team members of Team Medicuality. Am thankful not just because they helped us to set the process right, the records right and be our pillar of support BUT also for explaining so patiently to all of us of the concepts, the process, the methodology, the rai·son d'être, for handholding us day in and day out, explain answers to questions looking back, some of which were so mundane!We started our thought process of applying for NABH and do a self audit some 5 months back. We had our own doubts especially given that we were a hospital but more to do with rehabilitation, recuperation under the gambit of continuum care. It’s a different concept and we weren’t sure if NABH would accommodate us to be reviewed. These are areas where Dr Savitha explained so patiently and made us feel so part of the healthcare ecosystem!We completed our audit on 9th December 2023 and when I look at the NCs, my heart was filled with emotions because its not easy to get through with minimal NCs in the strict mode of audit conducted by NABH. I completely credit Dr Savitha, her team and our wonderful Sukinoites. As I wrote in my internal blog, what I witnessed was typical ending of a Indian movie where everyone came together so remarkably well and made a happy ending. As a run up to NABH, we had our fair share of differences, last minute running around, some arguments… but all of them were overcome truly because the leaders like Dr Savitha, Dr Harish, Dr Kanika, Sister Tresa, Vidhyadhar and so many team members from the common group stood up and owned it up and never allowed discordant view to take over.I would whole heartedly recommend Medicuality to any organization who wish to explore accreditation by NABH. You will realize only later, as to how learned and how superbly Team Medicuality will go about their tasks.
